More ways to spend a very good day.
The vision for Explore pairs a private resort campus with everyday places to move, unwind, and meet people. Here’s what’s planned—and what to confirm before moving.
The amenities are a vision in progress.
The builder currently describes The Foundry as “Coming Soon.” We have not confirmed an opening date for the campus. Renderings show planned spaces, not proof of completed facilities. Ask what will be open on your move-in date.

Your Explore amenities are distinct from North River Ranch’s.
The developer says Explore shares some outdoor common areas such as the Greenway and neighborhood parks. Its other neighborhood pools, clubhouses, sports courts, and fitness center are not included for Explore residents. Explore has its own planned campus.
